Other reviews comment on the great customer service, and I have to say yes to that!  I worked with Virgil, who listened and was very patient.  I wanted a table for my new space.  It took me months to find the one I wanted.  I would go into the store once or twice a month, but nothing was right. One day, Virgil called and said he thought a table had just come in that was what I wanted.  He was right!  Then we repeated the process with the chairs. (I am a perfectionist). After finding the “right” chairs, they arrived with a flaw.  Virgil told me to bring them back, we compared them to the ones on the floor, and I took home the more “perfect” ones.
