I got 5 bar stools from CD&BS in 2016, and suddenly the edges started deteriorating this summer on all 5 of them. I took them in, just to see what they would say or could do. Joan helped me initially, and was very attentive and said she would message the company right away.  I soon hear back that the company is going to provide new covers at no charge, the only catch being that we would have to put them on!  I was very pleased with Joan and Diane’s assistance, not to mention that the covers come in very quickly and were super easy to replace.  Great customer service!
